The Trump administration’s revised Title X rules also made another requirement that impacts PP, though it’s one that Murphy and PP’s other defenders do not often bring up. The new rules mean recipients are forced to report all instances of sexual abuse of minors to police, which is something Planned Parenthood has neglected to do many times. And according to multiple polls, most Americans do not want their taxpayer dollars funding abortion.
