According to affiliate reports, Planned Parenthood has rapidly increased its “gender-affirming care” appointments and visits nationwide. The organization now promotes services tied to social transition, medical transition, and legal identity changes.
Planned Parenthood Great Northwest Hawaii, Alaska, Indiana, and Kentucky reported an increase from 13,432 appointments in 2024 to 24,295 appointments in 2025.
Planned Parenthood Great Plains reported more than a 125% increase in gender-related appointments between 2021–22 and 2024–25.
Planned Parenthood Greater Washington and North Idaho reported an increase from 3,355 visits in 2024 to 5,059 visits in 2025.
These numbers reflect a major organizational shift that increasingly places minors at the center of dangerous and irreversible gender transition practices.
