Billboards placed throughout Wisconsin to help women choose life

The group Pro-Life Wisconsin is warning local women about the dangers of abortion as they leave the state, and informing them of the post-abortion care that exists in the state upon their return.

The billboards will be displayed around the Badger State’s borders and in major cities this summer as a part of the True to Life Media Campaign, reminding commuters that every preborn child is a human worthy of dignity and that the abortion pill comes with potentially serious risks. The billboards will also inform them of the possibility of using Abortion Pill Reversal to reverse the effects of the abortion pill if they have not yet taken the second drug (misoprostol).

“Pro-Life Wisconsin is covering the Wisconsin borders and major cities with the pro-life message all summer long – June 12 through August 6, 2023,” the group said in a statement. “The intent of this campaign is to reach abortion-bound women leaving the state to obtain an abortion with the pro-life message of compassion, care, and abundant help.”

They added, “Coming home to Wisconsin from out of state, women will also be met with Pro-Life Wisconsin billboards offering post-abortive healing help and Abortion Pill Reversal information should they regret their abortion and seek to save their baby.”

Wisconsin has been a frequent target of pro-abortion violence. Riots broke out in the state capital after a 2022 failed attempt by the governor to overturn a pro-life law, and pro-life Wisconsin Family Action was firebombed in May 2022 following the leaked draft opinion of the Supreme Court in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the case that ultimately overturned Roe v. Wade. Pro-life groups continue to push back and maintain a firm stance that life begins at fertilization.

State Director of Pro-Life Wisconsin Dan Miller explained, “We know from working with women and men in their struggle to choose life for their child, many are making deals with God.”

He emphasized, “Some simply ask God to show them a sign to not have the abortion. We decided to give them a really big sign.”

Did you know that as little as $10 a month is enough to reach more than 3,000 people with the truth about abortion that no one else is telling them? Click here to start saving lives 365 days a year.
