Patient hemorrhages at another Illinois Planned Parenthood facility

On November 12, 2019, an abortion patient at the Planned Parenthood in Flossmoor, Illinois, was rushed to the hospital with hemorrhaging. The 911 call recording the event reveals that multiple call relays were carried out before direct contact was made with the Planned Parenthood employee. Instead of directly calling 911 emergency services, Planned Parenthood staff used a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) to reach the Intrado Emergency Call Relay Center, which then routed the caller to the actual 911 operator. In an emergency situation like this one, this kind of behavior showed a lack of care and priority for this abortion patient.

According to Operation Rescue, hemorrhaging remains the number one abortion complication — and also one of the most deadly. Hemorrhaging from an abortion can happen for several reasons, including an “incomplete abortion, lacerations, uterine perforations, and internal injury caused by uterine perforations.” Dr. Anthony Levatino, a former abortionist, explains a dilation and evacuation (D&E) abortion procedure — along with the risks — in the video below.

This isn’t the only Illinois Planned Parenthood that is injuring women. Another hemorrhaging complication took place at a Chicago Planned Parenthood in June 2018, in which a 19-year-old girl suffered from a botched abortion with no doctor present. That same Chicago Planned Parenthood also caused the death of Tonya Reaves in 2012 when she underwent a D&E abortion. Reaves suffered for five hours before being sent to the hospital, where her abortion was completed and a hysterectomy was performed. Unfortunately, Reaves already had “1-1.5 liters of blood and clots inside her abdominal cavity” due to the fact that her uterine artery was cut during the abortion.

The newest Planned Parenthood to open in Illinois, a mega-facility in Fairview Heights — just across the Missouri border — injured a woman during its first week in operation.

Abortion is not safe — yet the abortion industry continues to promote it as “healthcare” — and legal abortion continues to kill women. Below, the brother of a woman who died after a first trimester abortion at a Planned Parenthood in Michigan speaks out against abortion and against what it did to his sister:
