BREAKING: Documents present evidence that Planned Parenthood profited from selling fetal parts
A document released Tuesday evening from the House Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives shows evidence that Planned Parenthood appears to have profited from selling fetal parts. The 46 page document is a list of exhibits that will be presented at Wednesdays hearing, and it shows that Planned Parenthood did not have apparent associated reasonable costs in fetal tissue procurement, indicating that the abortion giant’s role was profitable.
The Center for Medical Progress Project Lead, David Daleiden, said on Tuesday:
The documents show the biggest Planned Parenthood affiliate in the country, Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, receiving up to 5-figure sums every month from their business partner StemExpress in exchange for aborted body parts. The documents prove that StemExpress did all the work inside the clinics at no cost to Planned Parenthood, yet still paid Planned Parenthood for every salable-quality baby part. You can read more about how Planned Parenthood profits from baby parts in CMP’s white paper released last month.
The exhibits are stunning examples of the financial undercurrent of the abortion industry.
Exhibits D 1-3: “These documents show the monthly payments from the PB [procurement business] to several abortion clinics”:

Exhibit C-14 shows how prices are determined in fetal tissue procurement. Some body parts are worth more than others, according to the compensation chart:

Exhibit B 1 is the business model Wednesday’s hearing will address:

Exhibit B 6 is an “excerpt of a draft contract between the PB and the abortion trade association” which also shows a profitable aspect to the business model Planned Parenthood uses.

As the documents with the list of exhibits concludes, it shows who actually bears the “reasonable costs” of fetal tissue procurement, which is the only money allowed to exchange hands. The law on fetal tissue procurement explicitly prohibits profit.

Planned Parenthood has argued that it only charges for those costs allowed under the law, but the documents for the hearing conclude otherwise:

Wednesday’s hearing is the latest in the series of hearings from the panel, which is chaired by Marsha Blackburn (R-TN). Wednesday’s hearing can be watched here; it begins at 10 a.m. Eastern (7 a.m. Pacific).
