Live Action Unveils Baby Oliver
A Groundbreaking Glimpse of the Miracle of Life in the Womb
Washington, D.C. – Today, Live Action, one of the nation’s leading human rights organizations, released Baby Oliver, an animated video offering an unprecedented, detailed, and medically accurate view of human development from conception.
This never-before-seen project captures the awe-inspiring beauty and humanity of a preborn child, inviting viewers to witness life's earliest moments.
Baby Oliver reveals the hidden world of the first days of human life, including fertilization, zygote formation, rapid cell division, the transition to the blastocyst, implantation, and other key developmental milestones.
Baby Oliver was reviewed by certified medical experts to ensure a scientifically accurate depiction of human life in the womb, helping viewers understand the remarkable complexity and humanity of the developing child. Kathi A. Aultman, MD (AAPLOG, Charlotte Lozier), Dr. Katrina Furth (Charlotte Lozier), and Dr. William Lile (board-certified OB/GYN) have reviewed and endorse the video.
Lila Rose, founder and president of Live Action, released the following statement:
“When people see the beauty of life in the womb, the humanity of the growing child, and the life that exists from the moment of fertilization, they understand that all human life has immeasurable value.
Baby Oliver reveals the truth: every baby is a unique miracle, worthy of protection.
Today’s release is a companion to Live Action's landmark 2021 video, "Baby Olivia," which first brought fetal development to life through medically accurate, innovative animation. "Baby Olivia" has sparked a national movement, inspiring new fetal development education laws in Tennessee, North Dakota, Kansas, Indiana, Idaho, and Iowa. By fostering scientific education and understanding from an early age, these laws have empowered a new generation to understand the miracle of human life in the womb.“
Dr. William Lile, OBGYN, said:
“Just as telescopes and microscopes have revealed realities once hidden from us, modern imaging technologies now allow us to see and comprehend what was previously invisible. These technologies are not merely educational, but they are also transformative.
The Baby Oliver video is a powerful example. Both medically and scientifically accurate, Baby Oliver illustrates the extraordinary sequence of events that occur from conception and during early human development.”
Showcasing content on prenatal development is at the forefront of Live Action’s work. In addition to Olivia and Oliver, Live Action has created its first children’s book titled “I’m a Baby. Watch me grow.”
