See the abortion video House Democrats tried to strike from the record
At the congressional hearing Thursday on Planned Parenthood, House Democrats vehemently objected to a video, and struck it from the record for about five minutes. Dr. Anthony Levatino – a former abortionist who became pro-life when his own daughter died in his arms – showed a video from Live Action during his testimony.
“Congratulations! You just performed a D&E abortion. You just affirmed your right to choose.”Former abortionist, Dr. Anthony Levatino, describes the violence of abortion in this moving testimony before Congress. Watch as Dr. Levatino shares what really happens during a D&E abortion procedure, as he pairs his testimony with an investigation from Live Action.

The video reveals the truth about the abortion industry and later-term abortions in general, demonstrating that abortion clinics fail to actually care for women and leave possibly living babies to die in toilets – all while charging thousands of dollars to do it.

When it was Representative David Cicilline’s (D-RI) turn to ask questions for five minutes, he turned his fury on Dr. Levatino’s video. Declaring that it was not relevant to the hearing, Rep. Cicilline demanded a vote to strike the video from the Congressional record.
Prior to the final vote, Chairman Trent Franks (R-AZ) turned to Rep. Cicilline: “I wonder if we’ll be able to strike the video from your memory?” He asked, if relevance was the issue, did Rep. Cicilline want a vote on strike his Democrat colleague’s testimony about gun control from the record? Naturally, Cicilline only wanted a vote on the video.
Because few Republicans were in the room during the vote, the video was stricken from the record by a 9-7 party-line vote.
Minutes later, though, a Republican Congressman made a motion to reintroduce the video back into the record. As more Republicans had returned by that point, and a number of the Democrats had left, the motion easily passed.
Alliance Defending Freedom’s senior counsel, Casey Mattox, tweeted: “Whenever a PP video is shown to Dems they flip out. Its comical.”

And indeed, at one of the last hearings on Planned Parenthood, Democrat Representatives refused to even watch a CMP video, speaking out angrily against it. Now, with your own eyes, watch the video the House Democrats were so terrified of, they wanted it struck from the record. (The video shown by Dr. Levatino combined clips from these two videos.)
