Lila Rose speaks in Texas

On the evening of Tuesday, October 11, Lila Rose spoke to over 1,400 pro-lifers at the Texas Alliance for Life benefit dinner at the Hilton in Austin, Texas. Abby Johnson, former Planned Parenthood abortion facility director from Bryan, Texas, introduced Ms. Rose as “Planned Parenthood’s worst nightmare,” rousing applause from the crowd.

Ms. Rose told the group about her very initial encounter with the gruesome reality of abortion, which she had at just nine years old. She explained the importance of youth outreach and the use of social media to educate others about abortion, and described her first undercover investigation of Planned Parenthood. Towards the end of the program, the first minutes of a video depicting Planned Parenthood’s willingness to cooperate with those who traffic young girlswere shown, impelling a shocked silence from the crowd. At the conclusion of her speech, Ms. Rose received a standing ovation from the hundreds of attendees.
