Abortionist's license suspended in two states

Operation Rescue reported that abortionist Kirk Brody has not been seen at his Florida abortion facility, All Women's Health Center, which has multiple locations across the state. It was discovered that Florida had suspended his license to practice medicine as a direct result of his Tennessee license suspension.

According to the initial complaint against him in Tennessee, Brody had lost his privileges at Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga after a series of deliveries in which women and babies were left seriously injured between 2017 and 2020.

During one incident involving a C-section, Brody sliced through the baby's scalp down to the bone; in two cases, he also induced labor for women with gestational diabetes (known to increase the risk of shoulder dystocia) and those two women experienced shoulder dystocia. Additionally, he repeatedly used forceps on women without their consent, often using them repeatedly before their babies were finally born — causing the women second- and fourth-degree vaginal lacerations.

Fourth-degree tears are the most severe, extending into the muscles of the vagina and through the anal sphincter and rectum. These injuries typically require surgical repair, and even after, women can continue to experience vaginal pain, pain during sex or bowel movements, and difficulty controlling gas or bowel movements.

Ultimately, in September 2024, the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners ordered an immediate suspension of Brody’s license, finding him guilty of unprofessional conduct, gross negligence, incompetence, and other violations. Florida then followed suit in August 2025.

The abortion facilities where Brody works as the main abortionist have a disturbing history. One of them, located in St. Petersburg, was accused by a former patient of violating HIPAA. That patient also said the staff didn't care about the fear and pain that women experienced; their only concern was completing the abortion. As the patient said:

After about 2/3 hours of being in the back and hearing the cries of women as the procedure was going on[,] I'm assuming, I heard screams that made chills run down my spine for about 20 minutes..[.] the doctor[,] instead of consoling her, just kept telling her[,] "shut up so he can get it over with!!" in a very frustrated tone.

Once I got back there for my procedure I immediately understood why she was screaming like that[. T]he medicine doesn't put you to sleep[;] it puts you in a state where you can't move but you can feel literally everything! The pain was not worth it. Lesson learned.

At another location, this time in Gainesville, an abuser brought his victim to the All Women's Health Center. His victim was turned away, but was referred to another abortion facility because she was seven months pregnant, and too far along for them to commit the abortion. No one at All Women's Health contacted the police, even though the girl was only 12 years old. She was returned to her abuser, and no action was taken against All Women's Health Center for failing to report the abuse.

At another location, at least one infant is documented as having been born alive following an attempted abortion. It is not known if care was given to that baby as the state of Florida requires, or if any other babies survived attempted abortions.

As Operation Rescue president Troy Newman questioned, “If Brody’ s license has been suspended since September 2025, have these clinics replaced him as medical director?
