Washington, DC –On Nov. 15, a federal jury ruled that pro-life leader David Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress undercover investigators caused “substantial harm” to Planned Parenthood by exposing the abortion industry’s corrupt practice of harvesting aborted baby body parts– and awarded punitive damages to Planned Parenthood of $870,000. The jury released its verdict after deliberating less than two days, even though the landmark civil trial took six weeks.

Planned Parenthood Judge Orrick – who has well-documented ties to the organization – was clearly incapable of seeing the true criminals here, who are those engaged in the harvesting and sale of the body parts of preborn children.
