Pro-abortion activist allegedly assaults pro-lifers at Virginia March for Life

Video footage appears to show that a pro-abortion activist assaulted pro-life students at the Virginia March for Life on February 21.

According to The Daily Signal, pro-lifers in Virginia gathered in Richmond to march in support of the right to life for preborn human beings and to stand against pro-abortion efforts in the state. Video footage posted online shows an abortion advocate, later identified as Noah Cleveland, waving a transgender flag and running through a group of pro-life students.

Cleveland is 42 years old, according to the New York Post, and could be seen pushing through the students, knocking their items to the ground. He was wearing a purple tank top, black leggings, and a bright pink headband, the Capitol Police confirmed to the New York Post. The pro-life students were holding signs that read, “I love life” and “Silence in the face of evil is evil itself.” The abortion advocate pushed through a large pro-life banner as well.

Kelsey McCormick, a student at Liberty University and a member of Students for Life, is seen in the video. She told The Daily Signal, “We were nearing the end of the march and chanting, ‘We are the pro life generation’ and ‘We will abolish abortion’ with our megaphones.’ Then I see the trans activist running and jumping, and waving the flag, come smash into the group and go after the big banner. The activist was also making a screaming, barking noise.”

Richmond police did not immediately respond to The Daily Signal’s request for comment, but a second video showed authorities leading the pro-abortion activist away.

Kristan Hawkins, president of Students for Life, tweeted one of the videos, asking, “Will he be held accountable?”

The New York Post reported the following day that Cleveland has been charged with one count of disorderly conduct.

The DOJ put a pro-life grandmother in jail for protesting the killing of preborn children. Please take 30-seconds to TELL CONGRESS: STOP THE DOJ FROM TARGETING PRO-LIFE AMERICANS.
