‘Planned Parenthood’s Trans Agenda Exposed’ livestream features Chloe Cole, Riley Gaines, and more

Live Action hosted a livestream today, “Planned Parenthood’s Trans Agenda Exposed,” led by president and founder Lila Rose and co-hosted by Detransitioner Chloe Cole and women’s advocate and swimmer Riley Gaines. Rose, Cole, and Gaines welcomed to the call Live Action undercover investigator Savannah Evans, Moms for Liberty national director Catalina Stubbe, Virginia delegate Nick Freitas, medical whistleblower Dr. Eithan Haim, and former abortionists Dr. John Bruchalski and Dr. Kathi Aultman.

“As many of you know from Live Action’s investigative report, we exposed Planned Parenthood as not just the largest abortion provider but also the leading promoter of cross-sex hormones to minors, including 16-year-olds. Undercover footage shows that they prescribe life-altering hormones without even a mental health consultation — sometimes even on the same day,” said Rose.

Rose added, “Just yesterday, Planned Parenthood’s new annual report became public. They now report over 400,000 abortions a year and receive $800 million in taxpayer funds. The time is now to expose Planned Parenthood’s trans hormone and abortion agenda. That is what we are doing today on this urgent national webcast.”

Chloe Cole noted that because of her personal experience as a person who attempted gender transition and later chose to detransition, the Live Action investigation “gives me hope.” She also noted that the report is “incredibly vindicating—not only for me as someone who went through this medical treatment as a child but also for others I know who went through the same, many through Planned Parenthood.” Cole added that though Planned Parenthood is known especially for ending the lives of children by abortion, “now they’re shifting toward abusing not just unborn children, but those going through puberty—a naturally vulnerable time.”

“They’re capitalizing on the confusion and identity crises happening in my generation,” added Cole. “It’s criminal.”

Cole discussed how she was put on the medicalization track at age 13, with the administration of puberty blockers, after her therapists “insisted” she was “transgender” and should begin the process. Shortly after, she was put on testosterone, and by age 15 had a double mastectomy.

It was just a year after that she began the process of detransitioning. “There was no support. I had to figure everything out—emotionally, socially, and physically—on my own,” said Cole, who said that the Live Action undercover investigation was reflective of her own experience.

“My own providers separated me from my parents during appointments, just like the calls show,” she told Rose. “They use manipulative tactics—telling parents it’s life or death, using phrases like “life-saving care” to coerce them into consenting. Meanwhile, they’re not giving full information to either child or parent. Neither party can give true informed consent.”

Riley Gaines spoke on the livestream of her own experiences in dealing with gender ideology, even in a largely conservative state. When a biological male joined her college’s female swim team, everything changed for Gaines and her teammates, who witnessed manipulative tactics firsthand.

“We were silenced, emotionally blackmailed. They told us we were like the KKK for speaking up. They told us we could be responsible for someone’s death and have blood on our hands. At our university, they brought in so-called ‘outside professionals’ to re-educate us. We were forced into sensitivity training…. All that to say, the education system is far off course.”

Undercover investigator Savannah Evans noted that when she made the phone calls to Planned Parenthood facilities, “I called dozens of clinics, and they never once referred me to counseling or asked if I’d talked to my parents. They just wanted to schedule me right away and get me on hormones. They didn’t question anything, even when I told them I had just decided last week. That consistency across states was the most shocking part.”

Catalina Stubbe of Moms for Liberty spoke about the pervasiveness of Planned Parenthood’s brand of sex-education and gender ideology that is infiltrating schools. “Between 2020 and 2023, [Planned Parenthood] received 80% of sex-ed grants from HHS—$228 million. That’s how they’re getting into our schools,” claimed Stubbe. “They also run clinics in schools—like the 50 ‘Well-Being Centers’ in Los Angeles high schools. These clinics offer hormone therapy to kids as young as 16, sometimes without even requiring a mental health evaluation or parental oversight.”

She added:

Their strategy is the same one they’ve used for decades: target vulnerable people, promise a quick fix, and downplay consequences. It’s the same playbook they use for abortion.

Now they’re using it for gender transition, offering hormones to confused children and promising happiness, identity, and freedom. But instead, kids end up with lifelong medical problems, infertility, and sometimes suicide.

Later in the livestream, Stubbe noted:

What’s more alarming is their growing political influence. They’re endorsing candidates in school board races now.
Why? Because they want control over our schools to push their agenda, normalize inappropriate content, and silence parents.

This undermines parental rights and erodes educational integrity. Schools should be places of learning, not platforms for perverse ideologies.

We must demand that the House cut federal funds. Parents also have power—check your school district’s curriculum, attend school board meetings, question partnerships with Planned Parenthood.

Virginia Delegate Nick Freitas added to this political perspective, stating on the livestream:

Planned Parenthood was founded in racism. They kill our young and sterilize our children.

If you’re in office and afraid to act because you might lose your seat, what’s the point of being there? I ask every politician: What vote are you willing to lose your seat over? If you can’t name one, then the answer is nothing.

And to those Republicans standing in the way: if you block defunding, I will do everything I can to ensure you lose your seat.

Dr. Eithan Haim exposed how gender procedures were being performed on minors in Texas. He spoke out at great risk to himself, telling Rose, “It came down to being unable to live with myself if I didn’t speak out. At Texas Children’s Hospital, I discovered they were lying—they said they shut down their transgender program, but they hadn’t.” He added:

In your investigation, you found a 16-year-old girl got testosterone via telehealth. That’s a Schedule III drug, like ketamine. You can’t just hand that out without evaluation.

That’s a pill mill. But this is a federally funded pill mill.

If I did that, I’d go to prison. What you uncovered is a crime. This is criminal behavior.

Not only should Planned Parenthood be defunded—they should be prosecuted.

Former abortionist Dr. John Bruchalski noted that the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is “now just a political body. Abortion and gender ideology are political ideologies—not health care. We’ve spent the past 35 years practicing life-affirming care, and it works. It’s time to defund Planned Parenthood. Never again should we allow this brutality. It’s not medicine.”

Similarly, former abortionist Dr. Kathi Aultman called Planned Parenthood’s actions “abuse,” stating, “Planned Parenthood is exploiting children. They’re not just aborting children—they’re destroying women’s and men’s futures. These surgeries leave people unable to enjoy sex or reproduce. This isn’t health care.”

Every participant on the livestream continued to urge Congress to defund Planned Parenthood. You can add your voice by clicking here.
