A native of North Carolina, Philip has been involved in sidewalk counseling at abortion clinics for many years.  He joined the Live Action team in 2009 to assist Lila Rose as the Managing and Assistant Editor of The Advocate.

In 2006, Philip graduated from the United States Naval Academy with degrees in Engineering, History, and French Language.  He served as an officer on two U.S. Navy ships from 2006-2009, including two deployments to the Persian Gulf.  He is currently studying for the Roman Catholic priesthood.

Philip speaks French and German, and in his free time he enjoys traveling throughout Europe, playing the mandolin, Celtic music, and writing.
