Leila Benjamin is a pro-life activist and began work in the pro-life movement during a Survivors Pro-Life Activism Bootcamp. She attended Branham High school and is a current student at West Valley College. Leila is continuing to develop her strengths in event planning and administration as an intern for Live Action Bay Area, and is also working with the Live Action Live Oak Chapter as Director of Events. Some of the events she has planned include Sidewalk Counseling, Protests, Remembrance Die-ins, and literature distribution. Leila brings life into every event she coordinates, keeping students on their toes with her boldness and positive attitude.
As a young woman that was nearly aborted, Leila has a fiery passion to save the lives of innocent children. She is encouraged to see her peers reaching out to save the lives of the preborn. Everyone deserves a chance to experience the wonderful gift of life. (Proverbs 31:8)
During her freetime, Leila enjoys spending time with friends and family, snowboarding, and playing the ukulele and piano. She is also fluent in Assyrian.
